When you are considering who some of your target markets might be for a Mineral Makeup business, remember the teen and college market! These young women love makeup and with school starting back up, they want to "arrive in style" and make an impact.

The teen market is so great for Mineral Makeup because it is a healthy choice for the skin, and with teen skin issues such as blemishes and acne, having a lighter, non comedogenic option is exciting. My 14 year old daughter loves the mineral makeup and with the finishing powders, it creates a beautiful look.

My daughter and I have 3 mother/daughter parties planned for the September and are looking forward to fun, fashion and profit. She's excited because she gets part of the profit and it's a great chance for us to spend some time together and enjoy a great experience!

Think of some of the teen prospects you know. Imagine teaching them at a young age how to start their own business and earn a great income before they even finish college! Wow!

Direct Sales is a funny business, for sure. It is one of the few professions where one can truly earn what you are worth, without going back to school, and earn while you are learning how to do it.

If people could see how truly simple it is to create an extra thousand (or more) dollars a month with a commitment as little as 15-20 hours a MONTH, more people would be willing to shut off the TV and take control of their own future.

I've just returned from my company convention where I really got inspired to work more closely with the team on creating immediate income, while also focused on the long term residual income through team building.

We are developing a solid system to reach the position of Director in 12 Months, which would put someone in the $50,000 - 80,000 a year income bracket, and earn them a Car Bonus.

It is so fun to have a product that makes people feel better, look better and creates a sense of peace and fun in the home. Especially during these trying times.

When I first started in my own home business, back in January 1994, my only goal was to make some extra money because it was tough living on one income after the birth of our first child.

Sure, I dreamed about exotic vacations and  nicer home, but I was content, and a few hundred dollars a month would make a big difference. It wasn't long, however, before I caught the bug and realized what my own Direct Sales business could mean for my future and my family.

It was empowering to know that I was in control and I could truly set my own pace and earn as much or as little as I was willing to make. Yes, it was and is up to me.

That was one of my first steps in empowering myself. Today, almost 16 years later, I love empowering other women to know that you can "have it all!"

My goal is to partner with 4 serious, committed women each month and teach them how to start their own business; skills for getting it launched and in profit; and a system to leave behind corporate America within their first 12 months.
