Getting Organized will have a positive effect on every aspect of your life!

Get a spiral notebook for taking phone messages and your to do list.

Then, you always have it and can take it with you.

Organize your desk; organize your files; organize your calendar; get rid of piles (Yikes!); develop an organized system for dealing with customers, prospects and your team.

Have a "new Member" file so that you can keep tabs on where you are in the training process for your team.

Organize your day each night; have a "To DO" list and then DO IT!

Don't fear not getting it done, focus instead on GETTING IT DONE.

Act successful, FEEL successful, act like and be an achiever; act well-organized and sure of yourself.

Before long, these things will be part of who you are.

Fake it until you make it, but only regarding certain things.

Don't lie about your income, yet tell a story about it and your intentions.

BELIEVE your intentions.

For everything you want those on your team to be doing, make sure you are doing. Promote yourself to leader and then work on promoting others.

Make a daily list of actions you will take and then HONOR that list. Place big demands on yourself and live up to them. Why not? Ask yourself this about everything you want or dream about. Why Not?

EXPECT Success!

These are things that are a choice - happiness, anger, fear, success, fun, abundance, emotions.

Everyday, embrace the new day and the new start. Be happy with your life surroundings, even if they are not what you aspire to, Be happy you have a starting point with which to improve and learn the art of GRATITUDE.

Control the number of times you say YES to things that you do not have the time for. Volunteering is great, but do you have to do it EVERY TIME? You control your calendar and what goes on it. Make sure you are CHOOSING time for your business.

This includes being choosy about who you spend your time with. You can't change your family, and may not want to change your friends, but you can change the amount of time you choose to spend with those who do not support you. By support, I mean people who don't try to de-mean what you are doing. They don't have to buy or join the business, but they must at least be nice.

Choose your time wisely. How much TV do you watch daily? Is that time that is moving you forward in your business? Does watching "Lost" help you with the skills you need to master your business?

Have an abundance and prosperity mindset. It does make a difference.

Get rid of stuff that gets in your way and does not move you forward.

These things include -

negative thinking

making assumptions about anything or anyone

being emotional

being sensitive

thinking it's about you

being angry

carrying grudges

talking about others

putting yourself down

clutter - even clutter in your car, home, handbag, etc, will cloud your mind.

This may seem silly, but it is amazing what a clear head and clear desk can do for you.

I recently took half a day and got my office organized. I went through old files and stacks of stuff I was saving for "later." Is "later" ever really going to come? NO!

Wow! What a mental relief to be rid of pieces of paper and the dread that trying to find something can bring. Getting rid of that mental and physical clutter has freed me up to be more productive because I am not spending one minute worrying about that.

Think of the things that are eating up your time? Do what you can to eliminate them!

Last month was an exciting month, with many new business partners joining the team. I have the privilege of working one on one with several new people and it is always so fun to share their goal setting journey and chart out those first few action steps.

Success in a home business is really about making a decision; making a commitment; and then taking action steps. In many ways, there is no right or wrong in the action steps decided on.

In fact, I heard it said today that in studying the success habits of those who make it in the business, they all go about their way of doing things differently. What stays the same, however is that they get into action right away and take massive action.

I made many mistakes on my journey to success in my home business, and I wanted to quit many times. But, I was more afraid of quitting on my dreams than staying committed in my business. I'm so happy I felt that way.

My goal with each new team partner who I sponsor is to work closely to set up a business and action plan. What do you think your business plan would consist of and how fast would you want to grow your business?

I'm ready to partner with you if you see this as the right fit for you. Let me know!

This begins with personal development, in my opinion, because there is NOTHING more important than a great attitude and one of belief. If you don't expect and believe you'll succeed, you won't.

I'll say it again because I do NOT want you to miss this point - If you don't expect and believe you'll succeed, you won't. Good music, good books, motivational learning, excitement, a dream book, etc. Stop procrastinating and start building. There is NO time like now!

Are you going to the company convention? If not, why not? Are you in business or aren't you? Would you skip Hamburger University if you opened a McDonald's? No Way! First of all, they wouldn't let you!!

Don't miss your chance at propelling your business ahead. BE THERE!

Success leaves clues. Decide what it is you want to accomplish; find someone who has acomplished it and follow in their footsteps - exactly, Copy and duplicate everything you can about what they do.

What is their daily action plan? Find out and do the same!

EXPECT Success!

Set your business up right and keep it running right.

Here are some things you must have for your business - A three ring binder for important company and team stuff; a calendar/day timer; a separate bank account; notepads and paper; labels; business cards, product samples, brochures, an answering machine with a professional message (no kids); PRODUCT INVENTORY; a GREAT attitude.

And, once you acquire these things, don't be without them. These are the things of a MILLIONAIRE.

Do you carry that Sample Bag with you every where you go? You do have a Sample Bag don't you?

Your Sample Bag is your store front and if you don't have it with you, your store is not open. How can you do business if your store is not open? Promote, promote, promote. Always be prepared for that opportunity that might arise.

Do you keep a case of candles in your vehicle? (Use a cooler and cold pack in the summer.) Do you have a few bagged votives in your Sample Bag to hand out? Brochures? Fundraising packets?

Business cards - a must for passing on the word about your business. Get those Free Candle Drawing cards, too.

Every person has the ability of being an outstanding recruiter. The difference between the "sponsor monsters" and those who feel challenged in this area is simply the amount of business exposure.

EXPECT Success!
